Hi, I may sound really dumb to all the math gurus here, but it’s been a long time since I am learning beginning algebra, but I never found it appealing . In fact I always commit mistakes. I practise quite often , but still my grades do not seem to be improving.

I do understand what your situation is , but if you could elaborate a bit on the areas in which you are facing struggling, then I might be in a better position to guide you. Anyhow I have some advice for you, try Algebrator. It can solve a wide variety of questions, and it can do so within minutes. And there’s more to come, it also gives a detailed step-by-step description of how it arrived at a particular answer. That way you don’t just find a solution to your problem but also get to understand how to go about solving it. I found this program to be particularly useful for solving questions on beginning algebra. But that’s just my experience, I’m sure it’ll be good for other topics as well.

Some teachers really don’t know how to explain that well. Luckily, there are softwares like Algebrator that makes a great substitute teacher for algebra subjects. It might even be better than a real professor because it’s more accurate and faster !

A great piece of algebra software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar difficulties while solving radical inequalities, simplifying fractions and x-intercept. Just by typing in the problem workbookand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready. I have used it through several math classes - Remedial Algebra, Remedial Algebra and College Algebra. I highly recommend the program.

You people have really caught my attention with what you just said. Can someone please provide a link where I can purchase this software ? And what are the various payment options available?
