I'm just wondering if someone can give me a few pointers here so that I can understand the concepts behind algebra i, chapter 9, glencoe. I find solving problems really difficult. I work in the evening and thus have no time left to take extra tutoring . Can you guys suggest any online tool that can assist me with this subject?

You seem to be more horrified than confused. First you need to control your senses . Do not panic. Sit back, relax and look at the books with a clear mind. They will seem tough if you think they are hard . algebra i, chapter 9, glencoe can be easily understood and you can solve almost every equation with the help of Algebrator. So relax.

Yeah, I agree with what has just been said. Algebrator explains everything in such great detail that even a beginner can learn the tricks of the trade, and solve some of the most difficult mathematical problems. It explains each and every intermediate step that it took to reach a certain solution with such finesse that you’ll learn a lot from it.

I remember having difficulties with geometry, factoring expressions and difference of squares. Algebrator is a really great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Intermediate algebra, Algebra 2 and Pre Algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
