Hello there I have almost taken the decision to hire a algebra private teacher, because I've been having a lot of stress due to math homework recently . each time when I come home from school I spend hours and hours with my math homework, and in the end I still seem to be getting the wrong answers. However I'm also not completely sure if a algebra tutor is worth it, since it's very costly , and who knows, maybe it's not even so helpful. Does anyone know anything about algebra formulas that can help me? Or maybe some explanations regarding simplifying fractions,subtracting fractions or inverse matrices? Any suggestions will be much appreciated .

I remember having difficulties with simplifying expressions, x-intercept and rational expressions. Algebrator is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several math classes - Algebra 1, Algebra 2 and Algebra 1. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
