Hi math gurus! I am about halfway through the semester, and getting a bit worried about my course work. I just don’t seem to comprehend the stuff I am learning, especially things to do with boolean solver ti 89. Could somebody out there please help me with simplifying fractions, long division and algebraic signs. I can’t afford to look for a tutor, but if anyone knows about other ways of mastering topics like algebraic signs or gcf effectively, please let me know Thanks a lot

How about some more details on your problem with boolean solver ti 89? I might be able to throw some light on . If you are not able to get a good assistance or some one to sit and sort out your problem or if if it is too expensive , then there might be another way out . There are some good math software that you can explore. I checked them out myself. It came across to me as superb as any tutor can be. I would choose Algebrator for the kind of solutions that you are in the look out for. What is smart about it is that it takes you step by step to the answer rather than merely providing the answer. Why not give it a try ?

1.Hey mate, you are on the mark about Algebrator! It is absolutely fab! I downloaded it recently from http://www.mathpoint.net/joysandvirtuesofobsoletetechnologies.html after a acquaintance suggested it to me. Now, all I do is type in the problem assigned by my teacher and click on Solve. Bingo! I get a stepbystep solution to my algebra problem. It’s almost like a tutor is teaching it to you. I have been using it for two months and so far, haven’t come across any homework that Algebrator can’t solve. I have learnt so much from it!

Maths can be so much fun if there actually is some program like this. Please send me the link to the software.

A truly piece of algebra software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar difficulties while solving scientific notation, adding matrices and angle complements. Just by typing in the problem from homework and clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready. I have used it through several math classes Pre Algebra, College Algebra and Remedial Algebra. I highly recommend the program.
