dividing integers with algebra tiles

I just realized that I am running out of time in tackling some issues with dividing integers with algebra tiles. I had kept it pending hoping that I will come across good learning resources or somebody who can assist me with long division, radical equations and mixed numbers. May be, I did not explore hard enough. But at present I am running out of time . It is simply not easy to unearth a first-class teacher to quickly train me. It is beyond what I can afford . And I need to find a quick way out. Can anybody who has had similar problems tell me as to what I can do? It will be a great help.
