hyperbola using matlab

Can someone help me with my homework problems ? They are based on hyperbola using matlab. I have read a few articles on greatest common factor and multiplying fractions but that didn’t really help me in solving the questions on my homework . I couldn’t sleep last night since I have a deadline to meet . But the problem is no matter how much time I invest, I just don’t seem to be getting the hang of it. Every question poses a new problem , one which seems to be tougher than climbing Mt.Everest! I need some help right away . Somebody please guide me.
