I'm just thinking if anyone can give me a few pointers here so that I can understand the concepts behind algebra. I find solving problems really tough . I work in the evening and thus have no time left to take extra classes. Can you guys suggest any online resource that can assist me with this subject?

First of all, let me welcome you to the world of algebra. You need not worry; this subject seems to be difficult because of the many new terms that it has. Once you learn the concepts , it becomes fun. Algebrator is the most used tool amongst novice and experts. You must buy yourself a copy if you are serious at learning this subject.

Hi , just a month ago, I was stuck in a similar scenario . I had even considered the option of dropping math and taking up some other subject. A colleague of mine told me to give one last chance and gave me a copy of Algebrator. I was at comfort with it within few minutes . My ranks have really improved within the last year .

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several math classes - Algebra 2, Pre Algebra and Pre Algebra. It is a really a great piece of math software. I remember of going through problems with monomials, angle complements and scientific notation. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook , click on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework. I highly recommend the program.

Thanks for the details . I have bought the Algebrator from https://mathpoint.net/course-syllabus-for-linear-algebra-with-applications.html and I happened to go through y-intercept this evening . It is pretty cool and very much understandable. I was attracted by the detailed explanations offered on least common denominator. Rather than being test preparation oriented, the Algebrator aims at educating you with the basic principles of Remedial Algebra. The payment guarantee and the unimaginable discounts that they are currently giving makes the purchase particularly appealing .
